As a former Sales Director of Latin America, he was responsible for creating the Latin Branches of a worldwide operation for World Compliance in Bogota, Mexico, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo.

In Bogotá, Colombia, he founded Vantech Group, which provided Database Design and Technical Support for its clients. With over 20 Researchers and 5 Salespeople in the region, he was responsible for both Marketing/Sales and Research Operations.

Mr. Eckardt is an experienced operations management executive with significant project management experience across multiple sector of the economy. His professional journey crosses the high paced world of airline procurement and then contracting for the US Department of State in military aviation projects; then moving to the healthcare sector where he became a well-travelled executive in the Linde Healthcare organization in Colombia, Australia and Argentina. This international exposure has given Mr Eckardt insights to thrive when working in multi-cultural environments and given him valuable exposure and knowledge in operations, making him the ideal candidate to take any project or activity from the planning and forecasting stage, through to implementation and finally into the “business and usual” stage with the aim of innovating while maximizing positive customer experiences. Among the many projects he has managed it’s worth noting his work with the SAP Linde Template deployment in Australia/New Zealand, the deployment of SAAS (Software As A Service) applications for management of assets and maintenance and his projects to map and optimize contact center operations for Linde healthcare is South Pacific. This knowledge is complemented by solid negotiation skills and the capacity to handle the management of large contracts (in excess of 3.5 million USD per year), strong understanding of IT, finance and marketing while prospering when working under pressure.

Now in Vantech Mr Eckardt will use this broad breath of knowledge to implement both immediate and longer term solutions that will stabilize the operations, make them sustainable in both the short and long term and lay a solid footing to ensure solid growth in the coming months and years.
